My friends and I attended the USC-LSU game in Las Vegas to kick off the college season. Knowing we’d be facing extreme desert heat, we searched for a tailgate with essentials: shade, seating, TVs, music, food, and drink. We found a listing on Tailgreeter (https://tailgreeter.com/vegas-kick-off-classic-lsu-tigers-v-usc-trojans) that promised it all, courtesy of "Gameday Hospitality"—but the reality was a nightmare. Upon arrival, we were left stranded in a back parking lot, none of the comforts or amenities described. There was no setup whatsoever—no water, no food, not even a single representative from GamedayHospitality. It was as if the listing had been conjured out of thin air to steal our money. In the 100+ degree heat, we would have been in serious trouble if not for the generosity of other tailgaters who offered us water. All eight of us immediately sought refunds, which thankfully were processed, but the damage was already done. This was a swindle, plain and simple. Tailgreeter, I hope you’re paying attention: GamedayHospitality must be banned from your platform. This experience not only wasted our money but put our safety at risk. Do not trust this listing, and do not trust this company. Find another way to enjoy your game day—anywhere but here.
