First of all the greeters were very nice but....
1. The App was confusing on my I phone and I ended up buying extra tickets by accident. Not sure what to do.
2. I arrived about 2:00 and I was able to easily have a drink with my friend and get a quick bite. and that's by luck...at 2;30 it was packed and there was no access to anything. Games, seats, drinks, food etc...
It was frustrating. So we left.
The concept is cool. But for big shows, more is needed on the customer service side. Perhaps break the stations up so there is less jammed up lines so early at the Tailgate.
