By purchasing tickets to the Travis Manion Tailgate Event, you (the "Purchaser") hereby agree to and acknowledge the following terms and conditions:

1. Non-Refundable Tickets: All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable. No exceptions will be made for any reason, including but not limited to changes in personal circumstances or scheduling conflicts.

2. Rain or Shine Event: The Travis Manion Tailgate Event will take place regardless of weather conditions. The event will be held rain or shine. Purchasers are advised to prepare accordingly for any potential weather conditions.

4. Release the Travis Manion Foundation and all of its board, officers, employees, agents, licensees, subsidiaries, consultants, independent contractors, and affiliates from any and all liability for property damage, personal injuries, or other claims arising from or in connection with my attendance and participation of Travis Manion Foundations 2024 Tailgate, including claims that are known or unknown, foreseen and unforeseen, future or contingent. I covenant that I will not now, or at any time in the future, directly or indirectly, commence or prosecute any action, suit, or proceeding against the Travis Manion Foundation and any of its board, officers employees, agents, licensees, subsidiaries, consultants, independent contractors, and affiliates, arising out of or relating to the actions, cause of action, claims, and demands hereby waived, released and discharged by me. I acknowledge that I have read and fully understood this disclaimer. 

5. Grant permission to the Travis Manion Foundation and its sponsors to use any photographs, recordings, and any other record of this event, my likeness, name, and completion time for any purpose related to the tailgate and post-event publicity.

Acceptance of Terms: By completing the purchase of tickets, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined in this waiver. You acknowledge that these terms are binding and that you will not be entitled to any refund or compensation should you be unable to attend the event or should the event proceed under adverse weather conditions. I acknowledge and understand that this agreement will be binding on me, my spouse, my children, my legal representatives, and my heirs, successors, and assigns.
