By purchasing tickets to, or attending, events hosted by the 49er Road Rush, you grant its agents, employees, and volunteer staff, full and complete rights to the use of any image and voice (including still photographs, audio or video recording), taken during the event, with or without the use of your name, in print or electronic publications (including but not limited to our website and social media accounts). This release is given without charge to or any remuneration from the 49er Road Rush or its agents. Further, you hold them free and harmless from any claims of copyright libel, slander, invasion, or violation of privacy or other similar rights that you may hold or assert.
