Army–Navy Veterans Tailgate – Ticket Terms & Conditions
By purchasing tickets to the Army–Navy Veterans Tailgate, you (“Purchaser”) agree to the following:
1. All Sales Final
Tickets are non-refundable. No exceptions will be made for any reason, including changes in personal circumstances or scheduling conflicts.
2. Rain or Shine
The event will be held regardless of weather. Please plan accordingly.
3. Liability Waiver
By attending, you release Horse Soldier Bourbon, Blue Fusion, The Mac Parkman Foundation, the Blue Angels Foundation, and all affiliated partners, boards, officers, employees, volunteers, contractors, and agents from any and all liability for property damage, personal injury, or other claims arising from your attendance or participation—whether known or unknown, foreseen or unforeseen. You agree not to pursue any legal action now or in the future regarding such claims.
4. Media Release
You grant permission to Horse Soldier Bourbon, Blue Fusion, The Mac Parkman Foundation, The Blue Angels Foundation, and event partners/sponsors to use photographs, video, audio recordings, and your likeness or name for event-related and post-event publicity.
5. Binding Agreement
By completing your purchase, you confirm that you have read and understand these terms and that they are binding upon you, your spouse, children, legal representatives, heirs, successors, and assigns.
